Shipping & Delivery
Cell phones will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of cleared payment, depending on if I need to order a base case for your phone or not. Or if I need to special order anything else for your case.
Jewelry and purses will ship within 5 days of cleared payment, because most items are made to order.
Order confirmation will be provided with once item/items are shipped.
Easy Returns
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items are described as clearly and accurately as possible.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 DAYS of delivery.
ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL AND UNUSED CONDITION.
Please contact me within 7 days to note the reason for your return/exchange and I will refund the purchase price minus original shipping once I have received your returned item (Please have your item sent back within 3 days of contacting me).
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
***If you are returning your item, PLEASE mail it back in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING as it was shipped to you in. DO NOT try to squeeze it into a smaller box---it does not fit and it will ruin the shape and condition of the purse. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU OR EXCHANGE FOR YOU IF I RECEIVE IT BACK IN THIS CONDITION.
Refunds Regarding Custom Orders
If you modify anything on your bag from what is offered, this is concidered custom and may not be returned or exchanged. This includes custom ordered fabrics, custom lining, changing strap length, etc.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
All buyers will be charged a sales tax of 6.356%
International Shipping
International orders are welcome; I ship to Australia, Canada, and Europe. Delivery time usually takes 7-14 days, but please allow additional delivery time (up to 4-6 weeks) due to foreign customs and regulations; I have no control over any hold ups in customs. Unfortunly tracking and shipment confirmation is not available.
All international packages will be marked 'merchandise' with the actual purchase value declared. Any and all customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer; they are charged by your home country for the importation of goods. PLEASE do not ask me to mark anything other than 'merchandise' on the customs form, it is illegal for me to do so.
Shipping for multiple items will be combined and any excess shipping charges will be refunded to buyer.
Laundering and Care
Yes your awesome kick ass purse is well contructed, I would know I made it myself. But please DO NOT throw it into the washing machine. I'm not responsible for what happens. Vinyl bags should be wiped down with a wet, warm sponge or cloth.
Cotton linings should be spot cleaned with warm soapy water or a Shout wipe.
DO NOT use bleach or alcohol based cleaners.
